Luck counts - in horse-shoes, hand-grenades and traffic jams - not so much for nuclear devices - or love. Knowing what one wants does matter, knowing how to get it is the crux of having what one wants...

a lesson to teach us to always appreciate our family and friends,
and to make new friends. It is not always easy, but it is always
worth the effort.
I have many happy memories and I try to remember that I will have
many more, even when I am feeling alone and sad. Now is not always,
and the moment will pass and the future will change. Look forward
to that as you are going in that direction.
Sometimes you can see clearly what choice(s) to make.... and sometimes
when you must choose, it feels like you are just guessing. Life
has many of these adventures.
Home is where you rest your head. Adjusting to a movable home is sometimes a long slow journey, and sometimes there is no place like the first place that can take its place...

Kittens: Energy deficit inert and barely conscious - or - hyper-active warp drive blur... there is no in between - also - children see everything as a toy - this definitely applies to kittens as well
If life is a "journey" you can make your own path and travel at your own rhythm. You will see examples you can choose to adopt - or ignore.
