EVEN AVAILABILITY.  THERE ARE NO CONTRACTS AND YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR
ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR A FULL REFUND OF PRORATED TIME.
 
     ALL REPORTS OF SLOWNESS WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY, BUT ACTUAL SPEEDS
AND LATENCY DEPEND ON YOUR LOCATION, TREES, TIME OF DAY, PHYSICAL
WEATHER, RADIO INTERFERENCE, AND NUMBER OF PEOPLE USING THE SYSTEM AT
ANY GIVEN TIME, WHICH CHANGES DEPENDING UPON THE TIME OF DAY, DAY OF
WEEK, SEASON AND TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE.

     ANY REPORT OF SLOWNESS MUST CONTAIN EXACT TIME OF DAY, REMOTE SITE
(NETFLIX ETC) AND SIZE AND RESOLUTION OF YOUR TV.  CHRONIC SLOWNESS
SHOULD BE REPORTED ASAP AS IT CAN SOMETIMES TAKE A WHILE TO LOCATE AND
FIX IF POSSIBLE.

     TV Resolution comes in 4 types:

Standard Definition:  480 vertical lines     .5 megs
    High Definition:  720 vertical lines    1.5 megs
            Full HD: 1080 vertical lines    3.0 megs <- most common
      Ultra HD (4K): 2160 vertical lines   25.0 megs <- won't work.
 
     Prime time is defined as 7:00pm to 11:30pm and peak usage is around
9pm.
 
     Lightlink provides medium speed internet to rural areas that can
not get anything else.  Our concentration is first and foremost those
seeking home education and home business usage, and only secondarily
those seeking entertainment through netflix, TV and movies with real
time streaming and gaming.

     Gaming in particular depends on low latency which may not be
attainable during prime time hours.

     HD 1080 netflix for one user in general ought to work without
stopping or pausing during prime time hours.

     Our bandwidth policy may change at any time.

     We sell 2 classes of accounts, residential, and business.

     During the hours of 8:30am to midnight, all users are capped to the
following maximum speeds.  Bursting may allow you go higher for
short periods of time.

     Disclamer: Lightlink does not and CAN NOT guarantee minimum speeds
nor low latency at any time of day or night, to or from any customer, or
to or from any site on the internet.
 
     In particular during prime time, from 7pm until 11:30pm, the above
maximum speeds may not be obtainable, either for your TV or from speed
testing sites, depending on how many people are trying to watch TV at
the same time and other conditions listed above.

     Speed testing sites can give flagrantly different answers depending
on general load on the internet, and time of day or night.
