Fosters interest in horticulture, flower arranging, landscaping, and conserving and enhancing natural beauty. Raises funds for community gardens including the new Gorge Garden at PRI's Museum of the Earth.

Ithaca Music Club

The Ithaca Music Club promotes the appreciation and study of music by providing performance opportunities for members, and support of scholarships and awards for young musicians and composers.

Ithaca Woman's Club

Formed to help women and children, members raise funds for many projects including scholarships, the WCB, and books for the Family Reading Partnership.

La Leche League of Tompkins County

Although everyone understands the importance of breastfeeing nowadays, it takes more than instinct to make it happen. La Leche League provides information and support, at meetings and by phone, for new mothers, pregnant women, and other interested women. The League of Women Voters of Tompkins County

The League promotes informed and active participation of citizens in government. The League does not support or oppose any political parties or candidates. It achieves its goals through year-round voter service activities, study of and action on issues selected by its members on the local, state, and national level.

Service League

The Service League sells quality used clothing and accepts clothing donations 10 to 4, Tuesday through Saturday, in its shop in the basement of the Women's Community Building. Proceeds help support local non-profit organizations. Want first dibs and good company? Sign on for a shift.


Tompkins County National Organization for Women (N.O.W)

The Tompkins County National Organization for Women is a grassroots political organization working to establish equal rights for all women, combat racism and homophobia, fight sexual harassment and abuse, and defend reproductive freedom.
