The WCB runs a Health
Department certified commercial kitchen. The kitchen is available for rental to
caterers and small scale food processors, as well as for food preparation for
events which take place in the building. The kitchen features a six-burner
range with ovens and griddle, and a separate convection oven. Bakers will find
the baking table, floor model mixer and proofing/holding cabinet useful, while
those with bottled products will want to use the table top and floor model steam
kettles. Two commercial sized refrigerators and a separate freezer are also available.
The kitchen houses a high capacity commercial dishwasher; dishes and
flatware are available for use at events in the building. _____________________________________________________________ WOMEN'S
