An absurdly named collection of programs, all of which were created by The Vulcan.

First, The Useful And Semi-Useful Things:

• Polygons, a program to play with polygon tiles. NEW AS OF 2004-Feb-16!

• RAS, a Windows 95/NT utility to do command line dial-up-networking.
• Atoms, a most excellent particle simulator for your home computer!
• VMode, the command line video card interrogator and controller.
• PhysCalc, a calculator that understands physical units. Do math like 300 meters per sec * 1 hour = 671.081 miles
• DIRCOMP, directory comparison utility.
• TRIMFILE, a text file converter/trimmer.

And Now, The Not So Useful Things:

• DULL, a very boring program. Really.
• Eliza, a Rogerian psychologist. (Not!)
