Pancake breakfasts at the VCA
Pancakes are served at the Varna Community Center (943 Dryden Rd. Ithaca NY) from 8am to noon on the second Sunday of each month from September to May. This is a great way for folks to visit with friends and neighbors while enjoying a delicious meal! While pancake breakfasts raise some funds for the VCA, the VCA Board of Directors considers these events mostly as times for Varna residents and friends to gather and learn from each other.

Made-to-order pancakes are just the start of the tasty breakfast served up by VCA volunteers. French toast is also available as well as a buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, fresh fruits, assorted sweet breads, and orange juice. Tea, coffee and condiments are included.

Volunteers
Many hands makes light work. And, of course, volunteering at pancake breakfasts can lead to new friendships. Volunteers act as cooks, dishwashers, servers and clean-up crew. No experience or special skills necessary. Contact Volunteer@varnacommunityassociation.org
