Notice of TCdog Executive Council Meeting on
Tuesday, October 9, 2007, 5:30 pm
Conference Room at Thaler & Thaler, 309 N. Tioga Street, Ithaca, NY 14850

Executive Council meetings are open to any interested TCDOG member. Members will be asked to introduce themselves at the beginning of the meeting, and will have the opportunity to speak during the 10 minute "open mike" session near the end of the meeting or immediately prior to any formal vote. They also may be called upon during the meeting to comment or provide information. In the interest of time and with an understanding that we have a LOT to accomplish during each meeting, we ask the members to hold comments until those times.

1. Check in and introduction of guests & agenda additions / deletions - Scheduling of Next meeting (1min)

2. Report and Ratification of Votes from Membership Meeting
a) Facilitator – do we need one?
b) Secretary

3. Current Business - Treman Legalization (90 min)

Members Meeting and Board Elections

The next Membership Meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 28, 2007.

The usual updates on our progress and current status will be available as handouts to all members.

NOTICE REGARDING ABSENTEE BALLOTS:

While we all hope that you can attend the September 28, 2007 Bi-Annual Meeting and Green Dog Event, we know that sometimes, given our hectic schedules, it just does not work out. Because voting is a privilege of membership, pursuant to the Bylaws, if you are unable to attend the September 28th meeting and you are a member in good standing (e.g., have paid your 2007 dues) you can request an absentee ballot.

One vote will be conducted at the September 28th meeting

1) to elect 3 members to the EC / Board of Directors from the following candidates:

a) Nora Gunneng

b) Stuart McDougal

c) Mariah Sawyer

No other issue will be on the absentee ballot.

If you are a member in good standing of TCDOG (e.g., paid your dues for 2007) and you know that you will not be present for the September 28, 2007 Bi-Annual Membership meeting, you may request an absentee ballot and information on how to complete that ballot from the Secretary of the Meeting, Katrina Thaler Medeiros by emailing her at ktmedeiros@thalerandthaler.com , or kthaler871@twcny.rr.com by calling her at 607-272-2314, or by mailing a request to her at c/o Thaler & Thaler, 309 N. Tioga Street, Ithaca, NY 14850. All absentee ballots must be in writing and returned to Katrina so that she receives them by no later than September 27, 2007, at noon. It is your responsibility to ensure that you make a timely application for an absentee ballot as well as to ensure your ballot is received by Katrina within the time permitted.

Any absentee ballot that is received after September 27, 2007, at noon, will not be counted. If you are mailing your absentee ballot, please be sure to reserve sufficient time to ensure that it is received by Katrina by the deadline.
