Old Dog Signwriters is the area where the challenge of creating a special type of sign, unique to the trade, exists. Antique signs are hard to find. I create "antiqued" signs using the same age old techniques as the old masters used. No computer technology is used. Completely hand crafted, the art of Gilding with 23 karat Gold Leaf, hand carving, hand lettering, Glue Chipped glass and other methods of "ages past" are used in the construction of these signs. These are "one of a kind" pieces. If you want something special, send me your request!
