How to Order
Ordering is accomplished in one of these ways, depending on your preference:
- Print a copy of the printable order form,
fill it out completely, and mail it with payment
(payment policies).
- Fill out the printable order form
completely, call us at (607) 564-9055 and read the order to us or our answering
machine. If you do talk to our machine, please speak slowly and clearly and leave
a phone number where you can be reached in case we have a question about your order.
- Online Order:
Welcome to our online order system. You can make note of the plants you'd like, then
bring the online order page up in this screen to enter items or you can bring up
the online order screen in a separate window, viewing the plants and order form side by
side. What follows next is a description of the online order form. When you're ready,
go to the bottom of the page to find the online order links. Enjoy!
New Orders ( Step 1 )
When you begin a new order you will be assigned an order number. This number
will be displayed at the top of the order pages. Please make a note of this order
number. It enables you to save and complete your order at a later time.
Continued Orders ( Step 1 )
When you return to an order started at another time, you use the saved order
number by entering it on the first order page.
Enter Your Order (Step 2 )
You will enter the item numbers in a form similar to the following :

ADDING Items
Fill in the boxes with the item number and the
Quantity. Items can be added in any order. All boxes do not need to be
filled before hitting the RECALCULATE button. As items are added they will be
listed on the screen and costs will be calculated.
DELETING Items or CHANGING Items
To delete a previously entered item, reenter the order number with
Quantity = 0 (zero). To change a previously entered item, reenter the
order number wwith Quantity = new amount.
Gift Certificates for Anyone? ( Step 3 )
Gift certificates can be added to the online order form by clicking on the
GIFT CERTIFICATES button. You'll be taken to a screen where you can
enter the amount(s) of any number of gift certificates. Afterwards, you can
return to order more plants (Go To Plants) or finish up (Go To Checkout).
Review ( Step 4 )
This shows you the final order before checkout. This is your opportunity to
decide to add or alter items by returning to the order form, or to proceed to
checkout.
Checkout ( Step 5 )
This is where you tell us where to send the plants and where to send the bill (if
different addresses). There are separate areas for:
- Shipping Address
- Billing Address
- Any Other Info - this is where you can type in notes to us.
Payment method is chosen here with the following buttons:
- Phone in Credit Card number (informs us that you will phone us)
- Mail a Check or Money Order (informs us to watch the mail)
- Pay Online takes you to the next Screen for entering credit card information
Pay Online ( Step 5 )
Offers fields for entering Credit Card information. You must hit the CONFIRM button
to actually submit this information. When you see the THANK YOU screen, your order has been
completed.
