After a very nerve-racking 40 minutes in court, Judge Bonebrake observed that I have met and exceeded all of his sentencing requirements, and changed the deferred 90 day sentence (to begin 1 Sep 1998) to a suspended sentence! I'm so excited! I'm still on supervised probation for up to two more years, but now I can start scheduling training classes for those three months, as well as cancel those martial arts classes I was going to take. :) I'm not out of the woods yet though... a probation violation would probably still bring this three month sentence back into play.
