I agree but, unlike most lawyers, I know what people can do computer-wise 
if they wanted to. Maybe the lawyers thought he was using Intel machines 
because he had no others or he was using them for reasons X,Y, and Z.

Like I said, I am not agreeing with them, just trying to get into the heads 
of Intel's law people.
