OK, I've seen this go on for several days now, read the original newspaper
story and all the commentary that went with it.  People are weighing in
with analogies that are getting more and more fantastic - "well it's 
like monkeys flying out your butthole..." - with people alternately
calling Randal a martyr, genious, moron, what have you; and Intel is
either a corrupt, idiotic beast or a helpless victim of "der ubercracker".
So far all I've really seen is unsubstantiated crap, even/especially the
newspaper story, and all I've seen from Randal is some attempts at dry
wit, and a plea to get the real story from his "fund" mailbot - guess
what?  I've tried several times for info from the mailbot, and it ain't
working.  I suspect I'm not the only one.  So for the benefit of those
of us who would like to hear his side of the story, will someone please
post Randal's press release?  What are the facts of the case, what did he
really do/not do, why is Intel making such a fuss, and what does the 
applicable law say about the situation?
