Being shot for jaywalking?!?!?  Please, if you want to have a serious
discussion, don't make idiotic comments like that.

What ever happened to personal responsibility?  Why can't people accept
the fact that they must pay the price if they break the law?  If you
jaywalk, you should be willing to pay the price if caught.

If you (or Randal) don't like the law, write to legislators to change
it.  Stop sitting at your computers complaining about how life is unfair.

I'm sorry, but that's just pure BS.  He knew what he was doing (I've read
his account of the story) and he knew the laws.  By his own admission,
he knew he was breaking the law.  What's unfair about punishing someone
who was breaking the law??  Please explain...

If you go around and try to illegally acquire passwords, you should be
prosecuted.  It's not silly, it's illegal and an invasion of privacy.
I don't think most people go around breaking into their employers'
computer systems.

For the fourth or fifth time in this message, he knew he was breaking
the law...why is punishment a tragedy???
