How is Perl or the guy who wrote two Perl books "feeding" Intel?
Well, if it were Bill Gates... :-)

Who asked him to uncover security flaws in Intel's computers?
I guess the same argument could be invoked by every single computer
intruder: he was simply trying to uncover the security flaws of the system.
The best part is that this is the pure truth :-)

If he discovered any passwords by running crack on the password file,
the owners of the cracked passwords should pay the $60,000.

I prever to avoid emotional criteria when selecting the vendor of my
next cpu. Most of the programming community does exactly the same thing.
The Pentium sales after the FDIV debacle showed that Joe User doesn't
care, either, about the ethics of the company who has the best product.
