Buried on page three of todays San Jose newspaper (business or
peninsula section, I can't remember which) was a small story about the
conviction of Randal Schwartz of Portland, Oregon. We all know Schwartz
as one of the co-authors of the popular programming language "Perl",
and co-author of [at least] one or two books on the subject.  Schwartz
was convicted on three counts of computer crime committed in
association with a security consulting job at Intel.
