"running crack against intel machines at least once after he was let
go by Intel" -- Completely false.  No evidence even suggesting that
was brought up at the trial.  That was not part of any allegation made
by the state or accusation made by Intel.  (Gosh, the rumor mill must
be going nuts!)

"his leaving was not on amicable terms" -- I should say not!  I was
forcibly terminated during the search and seizure of all computers at
my house.  After 40 days, they were returned to me.  Nothing out of
line was found on the computers, even after having done a thorough
search.  Not even a note saying "we're sorry for taking away the tools
of your trade and your address book and your checkbook for 40 days." :-)
