Re: Schwartz conviction




While any comment I make on this case must be with great caution, I
feel I must correct the following statement by injecting fact...
(contrary to Usenet tradition, I know... :-)

I was never offered a chance to "plea bargain it down from a felony to
a misdemeanor".  This is not true.  This is simply not true.  And I
would have accepted that offer had it been given.  It was not.

Read your own implications into that.  In fact, I consider
Mr. Adrian's overall statement to be true :-).
