1) it's not a lawsuit... it's a criminal case.

2) have you ever played poker?

3) haven't you noticed that we have *not* heard more than tiny "leaks"
about the defense theory in the OJ trial?

I think from this it is obvious why I can't speak about the cards I am
holding until the game is complete (just two weeks away... trial began
yesterday).
