I apologize if this has been discussed before here. (and if so,
mail responses, pointers will be appreciated) Can anybody provide reliable
information on the Intel vs. Schwartz case. Mr. Schwartz has setup a fund
to cover his legal expenses and it seems he will appear in court early
next month. He himself cannot provide this info, since he is not allowed
to discuss the matter publicly.
