While we're talking about the next book, I am assuming that Randall will be the author (or at least involved). I would suggest that the folks at O'Reilly's make two versions available:
1 regular version at the regular price, and
1 specially bound version, serially numbered, and personally autographed by Randall and / or Larry. This version would cost ten or twenty dollars more, with the proceeds going to Randall's fund. A real collector's item.
It is very difficult to get corporations to contribute to this kind of fund, but it might be acceptable if you just ordered the more expensive version.
