Registration Entry Form

Each of your entries will need to be entered into our database when you get to the Ice Dragon Pent. You can help us streamline this process by filling out a Registration Form ahead of time. If you fill it out before March 14th, you can email it to the Pentocrat (see info at the bottom of the downloadable form). If you can't 'make' that deadline, then please fill out the downloadable form and bring it with you. If you can't bring it with you, then you'll be filling it out when you arrive with your entry(ies) between 9AM and 11 AM on March 28th in the Pent A&S area.

Literary entries due on FEBRUARY 8th (Research Papers, Musical Compositions and Poetry) must be postmarked or emailed to the Pentocrat before MIDNIGHT on FEBRUARY 8th. Click on this link for more information.

Once it is filled out, you can send it by email to the Pentocrat (LAS52 AT cornell. edu) or mail it (snail mail) to her using the address on the bottom of the form. Make certain that it arrives before March 14th. Otherwise, bring your filled out form with you to Ice Dragon (please.......).
