A word of warning to those of you used to immediate internet responses!: It turns out that I am pretty slow at answering e-mail. We have had a lot of problems with our computer system since the fall, and we finally had to break down and invest in a new one. So, our hardware problem is now solved. However, I find that I prefer to be out in the shop making pipes over banging away on this keyboard. The consequence of this is, if you have questions that need answering NOW, CALL ME! - mornings preferred. I will eventually answer your e-mails, but I don't do it every day, so be patient. There's only the 2 of us here most of the time. If you have a LOT of questions, I'm going to ask you to call anyway, as I'm a slow typer, and my time is better spent on the phone.
