Can I request a brochure by email?

Brochures can only be requested by contacting Jim directly by phone or surface mail. He likes to make personal contact with those interested in his work, so don't be hesitant about calling for a brochure!

Where can I find a used Olson?

Used Olsons are a fairly rare commodity and they tend to sell fast. So to have a good chance at finding one, you need to be constantly looking. Some online locations where used (and new) Olson's have appeared in the past include the following:

Note that used Olsons in very good condition may sell at or above the price of a new one. This was true even when Jim was taking orders (some buyers were willing to pay a premium to avoid a wait for a new one). Keep that in mind, and good luck with your hunt!

Where is the serial number on my Olson?

The serial number is located on the underside of the top, roughly under the area where the pickguard is (or would be) located. You'll need a small mirror to read it!

What are the specs for my favorite artist's Olson?

We have provided some basic specs for several artists' instruments in the Players' Gallery. If the specs you seek aren't listed there, give Jim a call. He keeps careful records of what his customers have ordered.
