In Case of MyFBO Scheduling System Failure

  1. If the computer simply needs to be restarted, follow the restart procedures listed on the following page [link to be added].
  2. If you believe that it is a software problem, have one the managers, either Stick or David see if they can determine the problem.
  3. If still unresolved, contact one of the four system administrators:
    Ron Babuka wrb1@cornell.edu (W) 255-7694 (H) 533-9056
    Frank Adelstein frank@mycause.com (W) 266-7104 (H) 266-8473
    Rod Ghearing reg7@cornell.edu (W) 277-9388 (H) 539-6611
    Lea White wmicro@lightlink.com (W) 277-1029 (H) 387-6932
  4. For the month of August, continue to log flights in the aircraft log books.
  5. When the system comes back up, in order of the flights, staff members will have to recreate the resource transactions using the "Other Transaction" process. When this process is done, Instructors or managers will need to validate the current aircraft hobbes and tach with the system hobbes and tach in the Maintenance Menu.
