This site is designed to be viewed with a graphical browser at least compliant with HTML 2.0 and is optimized for viewing with Netscape. Setting your browser default screen fonts to Times 12 and Courier 10 for proportional and fixed fonts, respectively, will result in best view format. Set your screen resolution (in the control panel) as high as you can. If you have it set low, some of the formatting will look strange. Also, set the browser to allow the source document to define colors.
