| This is taken from the top of the road we live on, looking down the hill. Near the bottom of the road, on the left, is our driveway and house, but you can't really see it. | |
| This is taken at Myers Point on Cayuga Lake, looking North up the lake, across Salmon Creek, in mid-March 1997. When Simon was a baby, we lived about two blocks from this park. We now live about 15 miles South. | |
| This is also Cayuga Lake, taken from the Southern end, at Stewart Park in Ithaca. The lake is still partly frozen, you can see the ice if you look carefully. The hill you see directly ahead is not the end of the lake, the lake curves and continues for about 40 miles. Cayuga Lake is the longest of the Finger Lakes. |
