Fingerlakes Unschoolers Network
Is a nonsectarian support group for people interested or involved in home education. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, educational philosophy, family composition, or political affiliation. We offer support and information about home education in Central NY.
FUN sponsors field trips and workshops for parents, families and children. It publishes a bimonthly newsletter, prints an annual directory of members who wish to be listed and maintains a list of contact people in local districts. We have a lending library open to all members.
Membership is available on a sliding scale fee ($3-$10/yr) based on your financial needs, and includes a subscription to the newsletter. Send a check to David Gallahan, 511 Spencer Rd, Ithaca NY 14850.
