    ALL substitutes for professional positions must be fingerprinted for the State Education Department (SED) prior to
    submitting an application.

    If you were fingerprinted for the New York City Board of Education (NYCBOE), fill out OSPRA 104 and send to the
    address on the form OR you can be fingerprinted again (there will be another charge).
