SUBJECT: SCHOOL SPONSORED MEDIA

Building principals are responsible for the preparation of news releases concerning the activities within their building and for reviewing them with the Superintendent. In addition, during the school year, a minimum of two (2) newsletters may be prepared and mailed to each resident of the School District.

All news releases concerning the District will be released through the Office of the Superintendent.

All official statements of the Board will be released through the Office of the Superintendent.

Two (2) publications will be routinely published and distributed to the residents of the District. At the beginning of the school year, a pamphlet will be published advising residents of the opening activities. Prior to the annual meeting, an "Annual Report" covering the items in the proposed budget will be published and distributed.
