SUBJECT: USE OF PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE

The business of the Board of Education shall be conducted in accordance with the authoritative principles of parliamentary procedure as found in the latest edition of Robert's Rules of Order.

The objective of using Robert's Rules of Order shall be to give the Board guidance and reference in its "procedure". It shall not be the objective of the Board to use Robert's Rules of Order to become ensnarled in the fine details of procedures.
