This class is for women who want a nurturing and supportive program to improve health, vitality, and appearance.  Whatever your age, fitness level, or weight, this 10-week class will help you make efficient, healthy nutritional changes.  You will also build an exercise program tailored to your fitness level and time restrictions.  The class will emphasize the following:

·       Nutrition for health and life-long weight control

·       Practical solutions for reaching your nutrition and exercise goals—step by step

·       Tools for managing emotional eating and other unhealthy health habits

·       Efficient exercise routines designed to promote fitness and metabolic healing

·       Hands-on strength training instruction
