Building #3 is in the final finishing stages of construction. It is a 4-story, 24-unit building of similar extra spacious and upscale design, construction and appliances as Building #2. Occupancy of the new building will begin in February 2012.

The arrangement of apartments is similar on the four floors of the structure.
On each, there is one 1-bedroom apartment of 745 square feet (clickable link to floor plan of Apt. #24),
one larger one-bedroom apartments of 805 square feet (clickable link to floor plan of Apt. #23 ),
one 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment of 950 square feet (clickable link to floor plan of Apt. #21),
one 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment of 1,285 square feet (clickable link to floor plan of Apt. #22),
and one 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment of 1,615 square feet (clickable link to floor plan of Apt. #26).

NOTE: Several apartments have been rented, but other apartments of each size are still available; contact us for the details.

Rental Rates for the 745 square feet 1-bedrooms range from $1,450 to $1,600 per month including utilities, except for electricity and electronic services. The larger 1-bedrooms (805 square feet) range from $1,550 to $1,650. The 2-bedroom, 1-baths, range from $1,800 to $2,000. The 2-bedroom, 2-baths, range from $2,100 to $2,300. The three-bedroom, 2-baths range from $2,700 to $3,000 per month. One assigned outside parking space is included with each bedroom to be occupied by a tenant’s vehicle only.
