Before Bringing Your Lamp To Us Try This..... * Plug the lamp into another, known to work, outlet. * Try the bulb in another lamp or lighting fixture. * Look into the lamp socket after removing the bulb... is it corroded or burned?? * UNPLUG the lamp, and notice the little "tab" in the center of the socket. With a small screwdriver, gently bend the tab upward slightly to improve contact with the bulb. * No luck?? The problem may be a faulty socket, or a short inside the fixture body...Please DO NOT RISK electrical shock or fire. Bring your lamp to us for professional repairs.
