Unspotting References Tape: 5510C143 "Further Aspects of Exteriorization" Description As we remove the power of choice from individuals, we replace it with systems which bring it about. So in order to reach individuals by processing and return their power of choice, we have systems. But they're each time the system just above his power of choice, which then regains to him a certain amount of his power of choice and knocks out a certain amount of system. Then we go up and knock out just a little more system and give him just a little more ability to do this. To give you a more accurate idea of this, there's a process known as unspotting, that is directly addressed to perception and goes like this: We unspot that person, unspot that chair, etc. The fellow looks at it and then consciously makes a consideration that he's not going to look at it and goes zip and looks away. You make him make a postulate, "I'm going to unspot the door." We've added a little action into it, and the energy masses that move around are too gruesome to behold. We're taking over the automaticity of unlookingness. Some sort of a machine makes him stop looking at the wall. Looking at things is usually a little bit in one's power of choice, although it can get automatic, too. One only looks at those things that attract one's attention. That's a kind of automaticity. We could also put a little higher level into this level: "Make up your mind to unspot it and unspot it." This old time machinery will start going back into action again. Because it's so long gone that an individual fixates. The entire problem is of deterioration of automatic machinery that unfixes one. He once had a machine that unfixed him. "If I am looking at anything dangerous which is going to hurt me, this machine will monitor it, measure, and take my glance away." After awhile, we go walking through life and see something and then unsee it on an automatic basis. And then the automaticity starts to go by the boards because it's an untended machine. It has no power of choice in it. It's just like a slave, and a slave goes downscale to a point where he'll inhibit the very thing he was supposed to do. And so it starts bogging it. It doesn't any longer takes one's attention off of things, and one gets afterimages. The entire system of afterimages is the system breakdown of the automatic unlooker. Therefore, the engram itself is authored by an automatic unlooker gone wrong. The basic mechanism we're fighting is a broken down unlooker. So we take over the function of unlooking. There's a law that runs through all of processing, which is: That which the person has on automatic is dispensed with by making the person do it. We can put anything that is on automatic back onto conscious volition. Commands Process A: "Make a postulate to unspot that (object)." The processor would point to the object named. "Unspot that (object)." This command would be run on various objects in the room to end point. Process B: Once Process A was flat, the processor would run Process B. "Make up your mind to unspot the (object) and unspot it." The command would be run over and over on various objects in the room to end point. End Point Run the process until a realization occurs, or an ability is regained. Cautions This process would not be run on a person unless he had regained the ability to create automatic machinery. In other words, if the person does not have the ability to set something on automatic, this process would be a rough process.
