Description
Responsibility is another process just like Trio and actually has its three
commands, too. 

Commands
"Look around here and find something you could be responsible for."
"Look around here and find something you don't have to be responsible for."

"Look around here and find something you would permit somebody else to be
responsible for."

Run each of these commands until flat before going on to the next command.

Command 1 would be run until flat, then go on to command 2. Command 2 would
be run flat, then go on to command 3. Command 3 would be run flat, then
return to command 1. 

Sometimes a person will run the third command two hundred and fifty times
before he can get either of the other two commands with any reality at all.

If no change in aspect for three commands, with the person actually doing
the command, go on to the next command.


End Point
Run the process until a realization occurs, or an ability is regained.
