Description
The new one is a First Postulate thing and this particular process here is
built on the supposition that a curious thing has happened already, that
you have flattened Waterloo Station on your viewer. 
Flattening Waterloo Station would actually consist of the individual being
able to know about or not know at will. And these commands given here on
the sheet assume that the individual is no longer troubled by your telling
him to simply not-know something. 


Commands
"Do you see that book." 
"Walk over to it." 

"Pick it up." 

"Tell me something you can not-know about its color." 

"Tell me something you can not-know about its temperature." 

"Tell me something you can not-know about its weight." 

Put it down in exactly the same place. 

Repeat with the bottle. 


End Point
Run the process until a realization occurs, or an ability is regained. 

Cautions
These commands assume that the individual is no longer troubled by your
telling him to simply not-know something.
