Motion References Tape: 5611C02 "Wind up on Stable Datum and Rest Points" Description A stable datum and an area of confusion is important business. A person, a being, is a living being occupying an unstable particle in the midst of an intolerable motion. The unstable particle he is occupying is unstable or he wouldn't consider it difficult to occupy the motion area. He obviously is not occupying those points or particles or positions that are related to all other particles and positions. He must be occupying something that is disrelated, hence it is an engram. He is occupying something that is not related to these other things, he is just standing back and watching the confusion, otherwise he would have related this thing to all the other things and it would have ceased to be a confusion and he couldn't have cared less. He simply would have walked off. He would have moved up the track. But there is a contradiction going on, he is sitting there on a rest point and the engram is waving its hands in from of his face. That inverts and he gets driven off this point, and then he is in the motion of watching a motion. That is pretty rough. But not as rough as this one: He is in the motion looking at a stable datum. He doesn't have the stable datum! He can't have a motionless thing or body. He must stand there and look at a motionless thing or body of which he can have no part. He is not even in good communication with it. The person could occupy a motionless particle that is not in any way related to or surrounded by any particle, but he doesn't know whether the particle is in motion or not. So you get the next condition, the person simply looking at a confusion. Or else your next condition, he is occupying one point of the confusion, considering it motionless, and is therefore looking at all other particles as being in motion. Or he has been shoved off this point and is looking in a confused way at confusion. Or he is in the confusion and knows it is a confusion because he can look at it but not ocupy or be, or assume or assemble this stable datum. Let's say he was living in a family that had a person, quite a reproving person, that wouldn't permit anybody to be him. Who was the most stable thing in the family? This person is so obviously stable, so obviously still, so obviously fixed and set. This person actually attains this by telling other people they are in motion all the time. So you sort of get an engrammic situation here. "Why don't you be calm like I am?" "Why don't you take this whole thing calmly?" All of which infers that the other person is not. And eventually, the other person will wind up there in the confusion looking at the stillness. Now you run this process on them. "Look around here and find something in the room that is still." "Now make you body confront it." This runs out more motion than you could shake a stick at. Rest point: An individual in a high games condition is in motion. The game gets too high, and he drops out. So he goes into a no-games condition. You can call this a rest point on the track. He was in high motion, didn't like it after awhile, found a stop point and stopped. For example, a man is playing the game of "fighting the wars of India." After awhile, he gets tired of it, and one day, in a battle, when everything is in violent motion, he considers that this isn't worth it any more and somebody spears him through the chest. This is a stop point on the case. There is an exact stop point in the middle of the facsimile where a game has ended, and the person wants to get into this middle stop point to escape a high-motion games condition because that stop point was also the solution to all that danger and motion. Commands "Look around here and find something in the room that is still." "Thank you." "Make your body confront it." "Thank you." Run these two commands alternately (1-2, 1-2, 1-2, and so on) to end point. End Point Run the process until a realization occurs, or an ability is regained. Cautions None.
