The origin is contained in the REVIEW of this list. If that does not answer your questions then I can be more specific if you prod me with exact questions. Basically ADORE is my own personal effort to write a divine operating religion of excellence, one that would be both sensible, workable and just. One that I adore. I had the name 'A Divine Operating REligion' long before I saw that the first letters spelled ADORE. It was quite a surprise the day I tried to find an anagram for it, and looked at the first letters of the words. > >I saw your posting in frac-l about sending flames directly to you, >and i would like to ask you to post the various replies you get, >they should be pretty interesting. > I only received two serious flames, both of which turned out to be very immature people who were terrified I was more immature than they were. I received a LOT of welcome postings about how great it was I was going to start this list, but that I should have cooled it a bit on the initial posting. The initial posting was written for DISARM-L and POLITICS, and was sent to ETHICS and FRAC-L as an after thought. That was a minor boo boo. Neither DISARM nor POLITICS have taken up the subject. As for posting the flames here, I will think about it. No sense poking a mad dog. Homer W. Smith Adore-l list 3/06/89*homer smiths adore-l advertis
