Pick Up and Delivery Services Available
We encourage our customers to bring their rugs and upholstered items to our plant for cleaning. This entitles them to a 20% discount off the regular cleaning price. This is a substantial savings. The 20% discount ONLY applies if the items are both brought in AND picked up by the customer.
For those who are unable or unwilling to bring their items to our plant to take advantage of the 20% Cash and Carry discount, we offer a pick up and delivery service at an additional charge. The amount of this charge is dependent upon the length of the trip. PLEASE NOTE: The discount for cleaning cannot be extended to items that are picked up and delivered.
All large upholstered items, such as sectionals, sofas and loveseats, must be at ground level for our crews to pick up and deliver. These items cannot be taken up or down stairs, inside or outside. This policy protects our crews, as well as your items.
At this time, we pick up and deliver on Wednesdays. This means you will be without your items for 1 week.
Special delivery hours and times can usually be accommodated, but there may be an extra charge.
